We are committed to delivering exceptional permanent placement services. Our talent team charges a fee of 10% or 12% of the candidate's annual salary for all permanent placements of middle and executive management positions. This fee structure is determined by the specific role's location and complexity. 

• 10% Fee: This applies to positions located within 100km of proximity to major cities.
• 12% Fee: This Applies to roles: 
• Situated beyond a 100km radius of a major city.

We understand that sourcing talent for rural and regional areas can be more time-consuming and challenging. These factors contribute to the higher fee for these positions.
